My Story
I’m Elle Whittaker, a 500-hour certified yoga teacher trained at the Yoga Institute in the classical lineage of T. Krishnamacharya and T.K.V. Desikachar, and am a registered member of Yoga Australia.
Alongside my professional training, I bring lived experience in mental health, which deeply informs my compassionate, practical and grounded approach. I understand how depression, anxiety and trauma can live in both the mind and the body, and how movement, when approached skilfully, can become a powerful pathway to healing.
My work is about helping you feel strong, capable and at home in your body again to help you build a stronger, more vibrant and resilient way of living.
