Move To Mend

Built on the understanding that movement is one of the most powerful tools we have for healing, Move to Mend helps you to live with more freedom, more comfort, and more trust in your body, every single day.

Specialised yoga practices

Move to Mend offers personalised yoga practices that support:

  • injury prevention and rehabilitation
  • breath awareness and control
  • trauma-informed movement and behavioural patterns
  • mental clarity and resilience
  • emotional wellbeing

Through targeted movement and guided focus, you’ll improve mobility, breathe with greater ease, and support nervous system regulation.

Intentional therapeutic movement

My approach combines evidence-informed yoga therapy principles with moving meditation that integrates breath, body and mind - and for those who seek it, a deeper spiritual dimension.

Drawing on the principles of viniyoga, each session is tailored to your individual needs, meeting you where you are today and supporting meaningful, lasting change.

Together, we use physical movement to improve flexibility, stability and functional strength, while also addressing the mental and emotional patterns that shape how you move, feel and respond to internal and external stressors.

Who I can help

I work with people across all life stages and abilities, including those who:

  • are rehabilitating from injury or managing persistent pain

  • want to prevent future injury and move with greater ease

  • want to improve body alignment and breath technique

  • are seeking strength, flexibility, balance and physical resilience

My work also supports those experiencing stress, anxiety or disconnection from their body, and is especially suited to people seeking a holistic approach where breath, body and mind are supported together.
